SERVICES
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Athletes
ACT is a powerful therapeutic approach that helps athletes, coaches, and family members to develop psychological flexibility. By focusing on acceptance of thoughts and feelings, and committing to actions in line with their personal values, ACT empowers individuals to enhance their performance and well-being in sport. This therapy is suitable for anyone looking to overcome mental barriers, reduce performance anxiety, manage stress, and improve their overall mindset and motivation in competitive environments.
